How they’re built

Casas Ventana is built with a blend of concrete, rebar, modern structural engineering, and traditional adobe block. Adobe offers excellent thermal properties, keeping homes naturally cool and energy-efficient, while also reducing costs. The blocks are crafted locally on a nearby ranch using red clay and alfalfa.

To ensure durability, we plaster the exterior walls for protection and seal the interior, leaving select adobe walls exposed as beautiful accent finishes. By combining time-tested tradition with modern engineering, every Casas Ventana home is sturdy, comfortable, and well-insulated.
